This beautiful apartment on the mezzanine floor is ideal for group trips and large families. There are 6 rooms on an area of 83 m², all of which are connected by a corridor.
A total of 3 bedrooms are available. 2 of them are equipped with generous double beds and wardrobes. In another bedroom there is a hardwood bunk bed with 2 sleeping levels, which can be extended by a 3rd bed.
In the living room there is a TV and a large sofa bed. This can be folded out and offers a comfortable place to sleep for 2 adults. There is also a spacious dining table where all guests can sit comfortably.
The bathroom is equipped with a modern shower. There is also a washing machine that can be used. The towel heater next to the vanity ensures warm, dry towels.
The kitchen has a stove with an oven, a fridge, and a dishwasher. A small table with 2 chairs invites you to take a short coffee break. Microwave and kettle are also available.
The entire apartment has recently been lovingly renovated. It is not handicapped accessible.
Outside of our Koserow holiday apartment for 7-9 people there is a terrace with a grill that can be used for evenings together.
By the way: The sea is only a 2-minute walk away.
